Thanks to everyone who joined us at the January general meeting night for our first post-holidays "Swap Night" with three great educational forums. If we do this again next year, I think we will need more tables!!

PAMOM will be hosting another Sip & Shop on and we are looking for new vendors!

This event presented by the Plano Area Mothers of Multiples is open to the public on Nov. 12 from 6-9 p.m. at Audi McKinney. It will feature over 35 vendors selling unique items including home decor, educational toys, clothing, bakery items, glassware, beauty products and more.

If you own a business or have a friend who might be interested in becoming a vendor for the 2019 Sip & Shop, please submit a vendor application before Oct. 21.

M.E.N.D. (Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death) is a Christian, non-profit organization that reaches out to families who have suffered the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or early infant death. They are looking for volunteers to help with their Walk to Remember.

M.E.N.D. is hosting their annual Walk to Remember on Saturday, Oct. 5 (October is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month), and they need some help. PAMOM would like to provide volunteers during the time slots of 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. You DO NOT have to volunteer for the entire three hours. Volunteers will be assisting with setup and directing guests at the event. 

The event is located at Calvary Church (4401 State Highway 161 Irving, TX 75078). If you would like to volunteer, please email communityservice@pamom.org or contact Katie Schroeder via social media.

PAMOM members are invited to all playdates organized by PAMOM. They are posted each month in the members-only events section of the website and in the Facebook group. Playdates are scheduled by PAMOM members, so all playdates are organized with having multiples in mind.

Not sure where your multiples belong? Reach out and we can help. Just because your little ones aren't quite toddlers but aren't considered non-walkers does not mean you should stay home.

And while you may not have a set of multiples that fit that particular playgroup (ex: your multiples might be walking, running or driving), if you have any children who would enjoy that event you are welcome to attend.
