Whether you are late on your spring cleaning or looking for a clean start to the summer, we think now is the perfect time to declutter! PAMOM is once again partnering with Donate 2 Impact in May to collect any items that you'd like to get rid of.

How does it work? Go to https://www.r2sdfw.com/donate between May 22 and June 4 to schedule a donation pickup. Select PAMOM as your charity of choice and then set your donations out on the front porch on the morning of your pickup. You can also drop off items at their Frisco facility.  You get to purge and PAMOM gets money back for every pound collected. Simple, right?!

There's no limit on the number of items you can donate. If you have a big haul, just be sure to mention that on your scheduling form. There are only a few items that Donate 2 Impact won't accept such as mattresses, tires, building materials, chemicals and office furniture. For the full list, see https://www.r2sdfw.com/donate.

Have you been wanting some family photos or photos of your Kids/ twins/triplets/quads but have no time to find a photographer that is available and affordable??? Well look no more!!! We have multiple upcoming options for the PAMOM SPRING PHOTO FUNDRAISER. For our new members, the photo fundraiser takes place twice a year (fall & spring) and is one of the largest fundraisers for our club. Your photo fee is split between the photographer and PAMOM. The proceeds contribute to support PAMOM's mission and fund events and activities such children's parties, guest speakers and catered meetings.  This year the Spring mini sessions will be $95 per session (Includes 10 Images) and are available with Imamarazzi Studios and Shutter Sisters Photography at different locations on different weekends. Please pay close attention to the session you are signing up for.

While working with her children, she also began to concentrate on improving her skills of, what until then, had been her hobby of photography. It wasn't long before friends and family began requesting to pay Kathy to photograph their families and special events. In 2010, Kathy formed iMamarazzi Studios, a photography and design studio that concentrates on natural light photography for families and special events. iMamarazzi Studios has grown from a stay-at-home mom's dream to one of the larger independent photography studios in the North Dallas area.

Originally from Arkansas, Heather now lives in Plano with her husband and 2 sons and Alexis lives in Celina with her husband and their 2 fur babies. Eventually their mutual love of photography turned into Shutter Sisters.

These 15-minute photo sessions are $95. Approximately 3-4 weeks after the session you will receive a link via email to download your 10 digital images. Light cosmetic editing is included at the photographer’s discretion. Additional editing charges may apply if you request edits that are beyond the scope of light cosmetic editing. The photographer may give you the option to buy additional photos or prints not included with your session. We will send out more details about when and where to meet the photographer a few days before your session. Remember, there will be other PAMOM families taking photos before and after you so plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early and expect to finish on time! NOTE: If you'd like to register for two spots, please pay for the first and then return and register again. For now, registration is only open to PAMOM members. A part of PAMOM is supporting our community and we would like to share an opportunity with you to do just that.

Our community service chair, Mitwa Shah-Sarode and I will be collecting new and/or gently used baby blankets and swaddlers to give to the new babies at the Medical City Dallas NICU.

Blankets will be accepted between February 1st and the 15th.

Texas Mothers of Multiples will be celebrating their 50th Anniversary at their annual spring convention. The dates are set for Thursday April 27th, 2023 to Sunday April 30th, 2023. Register now to join us and represent PAMOM in Fort Worth!

September is NICU Awareness Month, a month designed to honor all the families and precious babies who have spent time in the NICU and the amazing doctors and nurses who cared for them.

As a mom of multiples your chances of a NICU stay are higher and PAMOM offers support when that happens.

The Kenna Triplets

Banks, Leo & Rosie were born at 29 weeks 6 days.

PAMOM member Olivia Kenna said she was incredibly lucky because she was admitted to the hospital for preterm labor at less than 23 weeks. The doctors and nurses were able to stop labor and bed rest did its job for seven more weeks!

But the Kenna triplets needed assistance in the NICU.

“It was shocking & painful to see them for the first few times. The incubator, CPAP, feeding tubes, blindfolds, lights, wires everywhere. The nurses & doctors quickly educated us & carefully took care of our most prized possessions. Leaving my babies was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. Yet, I knew they were in the best hands possible and that gave me comfort. As soon as it was possible, we jumped in and started changing diapers and getting skin to skin time with our tiny, perfect babies with careful guidance from the nurses. We were so extremely lucky to have an uneventful NICU stay. After 65 very long days, all 3 of our babies were sent home on the same day!” Olivia said.

She’s grateful for the nurses and doctors who she called true angels sent from God. And she sends her love and support to all other babies and families who endure the process.

“We will forever marvel the strength and resilience of Banks, Leo & Rosie. We will forever be beyond grateful to the Dallas Presby NICU team. We will forever have a new understanding of what NICU families go through. You really can’t put it into words. My heart goes out to all of the NICU babies,” she said.

PAMOM is hosting another fundraiser for everyone who needs to declutter and purge! Beginning on Feb. 28, go to Recycle2Support.com to and schedule a pickup. Recycle2Support will come to your house to take away all your junk OR you can drop it off at their Frisco location. They take old clothes, books, toys, electronics and most other things that you want out of your house. Everything is recycled so it doesn't end up in a landfill and PAMOM gets cash back for every pound donated. Last year we made almost $500 thanks to your donations!!
