Our General Meeting is always the second Tuesday of the month and will be held this month on April 9. Come to the auditorium in Building 3, which is across the street from Medical City Plano (suite 315). Breakout sessions are either in suite 315 or 170. Look for the greeters or signs to better direct you by the elevators.

Community Service Night
April is PAMOM's community service night. This year we will be putting kits together for Hope Supply Co. and M.E.N.D.
Hope Supply Co. is a non-profit organization that helps homeless mothers, babies and children in North Texas. The organization is always in need of diapers (especially larger sizes), wipes, Pull-Ups and hygiene products (for babies, kids and their moms). Pick up an extra box of diapers and a few bottles of shampoo or place an Amazon Prime order today. We'll be collecting these items at the meeting to donate. Opened boxes of diapers or packages are fine. We can also take cash or cards.
M.E.N.D. stands for Mothers Enduring Neonatal Death. The non-profit organization reaches out to families who have suffered the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death. We know many of our members have been affected by neonatal death. We hope you'll be willing to share encouraging words and support with cards.

Anxiety, Depression & Stress – Dr. Sarah Carlson of Mighty Oaks Counseling is a child-centered play and child-parent relationship therapist. She will speak about anxiety, depression, stress, and other topics! bI might have been seen crying last time she spoke to us . She provides useful tips and great advice. She is great!!!
CPR, First Aid & Emergencies – John Hicks with Plano Fire-Rescue will talk about CPR certifications, AEDs, first aid, how to respond to choking incidents, car seat safety and more. He can help answer all your safety questions.
Card Games – Bring your game face and your luck for a few rounds of poker (or other favorite card games.) There will be chocolate at stake!!
