We set aside some time at our April general meeting to work on this year’s community service project. We gathered 10 bags of supplies, wrote dozens of notes and collected $$ for even more hospital bedrest kits.

Each year, PAMOM members contribute to a unique community service project. Last year we focused on handmade blankets for babies in local NICUs. This year, we decided to bless antepartum mamas! Many of our members have experienced hospital bed-rest. The items collected will be donated to two Plano hospitals in hopes of bringing some comfort to mamas during what can be a very scary and difficult time.

PAMOM plans to match the donations and coordinate a time for members to deliver the kits, as well as visit the hospitalized moms.
